Our story started the right way — in the field.

We began our careers working hands-on in residential construction, installing flooring, setting tile, and finishing detailed carpentry work. Those early years taught us craftsmanship from the ground up. We learned what quality really looks like, how materials perform over time, and what it takes to deliver work we could stand behind.

After four years in the trades, we completed our Bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management, pairing real-world experience with formal education in budgeting, scheduling, leadership, and project execution. From there, we stepped into the commercial construction world, contributing to large-scale, high-profile projects including the North Utah Capitol Building, the Delta Center, luxury multifamily developments throughout Salt Lake City, and projects on the University of Utah campus.

Those experiences shaped how we run projects today — with structure, precision, and accountability.

Now, we’ve brought that combined 20+ years of experience back to where it all began: residential construction. Our focus is helping homeowners in Utah Valley and beyond, to redesign, remodel, and build spaces that truly reflect their vision. Whether it’s transforming an outdated home, expanding for a growing family, or building a custom home from the ground up, we approach every project with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail that large commercial projects demand.
