1. Information you provide
The project form asks for your name, phone number, email, city, project types, target start, budget band and project notes or selected details. It also records your text messaging choice.
The basement planner lets you choose the size, finish level and add-ons for your plan. It does not display a price. If you submit your email, the request includes that email, the size, finish level and add-ons so Majesty can follow up. It does not automatically email a copy to you.
The form records its source page and available advertising attribution values: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and Google Ads identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid.
A walkthrough submission records your yes or no SMS choice, the server receipt time in UTC, the exact consent wording shown and a version hash of that wording.
The project form may suggest a Utah city from the approximate location of your internet connection, using IP geolocation headers provided by our host, Vercel. You can change the suggestion. The city you choose is included in your project inquiry if you submit the form.
As you fill out the walkthrough form, your browser keeps a draft of your answers and current step in session storage when available, so they carry between copies of the form in the same tab and survive a page reload. The stored draft can include contact details and project notes; it does not save your SMS choice or the hidden spam-check field. Keeping the draft does not send a project inquiry to Majesty.
2. How your information is used
The website sends the information you submit to Majesty so its team can respond by phone or email about your project inquiry and prepare for a walkthrough. The walkthrough form records your separate choice about texts concerning your inquiry, estimates and appointments.
3. Service providers and analytics
HighLevel, also called GoHighLevel, manages contacts and messaging when configured, and Vercel hosts the website. Analytics and advertising tools appear below only while they are turned on.
When email delivery is configured, Resend sends owner notifications to Majesty's configured recipients, with your email as the reply address and the request time. Notifications may be sent after a request is saved in HighLevel or used as a fallback if HighLevel is unavailable or not configured. A repeated request may be recognized as a duplicate and not trigger another notification. These notifications are not automatically emailed to you.
The notification includes your email and source page, available source, medium, campaign, term and content attribution, and whether gclid, gbraid or wbraid Google Ads identifiers were present. For walkthroughs it also includes your name, phone, city, project types, target start, budget, notes and dated SMS consent record. For basement planner requests it includes size, finish level and add-ons. When a request is saved in HighLevel, available HighLevel contact, task and opportunity identifiers are included.
4. Mobile information and text consent
Proposed restriction: we do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotions. Your SMS consent is for Majesty Construction alone.
Service providers may help operate the website, manage your inquiry and deliver messages for Majesty. This does not give them permission to use your mobile number or consent for their own marketing.
