Questions
Whole-Home Renovation FAQ
What if I want to change something mid-project?
You can. Every change is written up with its price and schedule impact, and nothing happens until you approve it in writing. No surprise invoices.
Can we live at home during the project?
Usually yes for basements and single-room remodels. Your project lead plans dust control, access, and work hours with you.
Who will be my contact during the remodel?
You have one dedicated project lead from start to finish. Calls, updates and decisions go through that person.
Will an owner check the work on my project?
An owner walks your project at key milestones to check quality.
How do you schedule a whole-home renovation?
One project lead manages your job. Once permits and selections are final, you receive a written schedule and completion target.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every trade partner on your project is licensed and insured, with documentation on file.
Are you the cheapest option?
No, and we don't try to be. We aim to be the best value: a fixed price, a written schedule, and work an owner has inspected.
